What should one expect to pay to reupholster a lounge chair with arms?
I recently purchased a Paul McCobb lounge chair by Calvin at a thrift store and it needs reupholstered. It has an attached cushion on the back, a detachable seat cushion, and a walnut frame base which circles the backrest with a fabric inset.

The most expensive part is usually the labor. The price paid for fabric can vary from 25.00 per yard to100.00 per yard.
If you want a budget price I would say between 650 to 900 fabric and labor. You did not say if you wanted them to pick up and deliver. That is additional.
Since a good deal of the cost is in the labor use top fabrics so it will wear well.
I just had all of my living room furniture reupholstered. I had good quality to start with so the replace with same would have been more costly than reupholster. ( it was about a 35 percent saving)
