What do I do if upholstery company made my couch worse than it was when they took it in for repair?
. All we wanted was the bottom spring repaired. We never mentioned the seats. when you sat on the couch it appeared as though the spring/springs had come untied. The couch is all leather with great construction. The money I paid for the repair was well worth the cost compared to buying a new leather sofa. The couch was returned without the springs repaired. We were told it only needed the cushions replaced with extra stuffing. Well I had to call the company back out insisting it is the springs. Well this is the third time. The company brings the couch back today. They took out my down feathers padding that laid over the foam cushion. They replaced it with a 5 inch piece of foam. Oh my it is like sitting on a board and now the seats are different from the back sad-ell back cushions

If you didn’t have a detailed contract in writing of exactly what work was to be done there is not much that you can do. It was probably a communications problem. Ask them to fix it. If they are reputable they will try, if not you will call this one experience.
