The cat is my neighbors love and I liked him fine but he is spraying my patio area, has entered my storage / washer area and sprayed, even my daughters umbrella that was left open on the porch for a short visit. I can’t rid my washer area of the smell. Now I realize I cannot leave the door open to my storage, on my enclosed patio, which he jumps the fence. Please advise how I can have my area back without harming the cat or offending my neighbor. Thanks.

I’m 19 weeks along. I slipped on some ice outside today on our wood porch. I feel back landed on my hands then bum. Not really in pain. (The nice thing about being a tad overweight…extra cushioning lol) Anyways, I’ve still been feeling some kicking here and there (still so early I haven’t felt it regularly at all normally). No cramping, no bleeding. This happened about an hour ago and now I’m wondering if maybe I should go to the hospital? I thought I’d just wait and see if there was cramping or bleeding but is that bad? Should I just go? I’d really rather not spend 6 hours in the ER at 2am if I can just wait until tomorrow to call my doctor.

Ok, so I signed a lease contract for the house I am in, long story short, I was in a hurry to get settled, moved across country, didn’t have enough time to shop around, etc… I was told the neighborhood was safe. It looks like I keep having troubles with my next-door neighbor.
They party every night, be it holiday or not. The adult is rarely at home, the kids are loose.
They bring their friends, drink, do drugs, party… last night 2 of them were up on my roof, with a couple of couch cushions, and a couple of screwdrivers. I hear noises, so I get out on the porch, in my own back yard, thid punk drops from my roof, right in front of me!!! Creepy! I start yelling, bloody murder, someone called the cops… I called "crime Stop" today, and they sent an officer to talk to them.
I am wondering, legally, can I break my contract and still get my deposit back, which is like 00.00 if I find a more suitable place to live earlier than the one year contract?

This morning after I got my two year old twins into their car seats I realized that my car keys were not onthe dash where I normally leave them. I remembered that yesterday after we returned from the park I let my kids play in the car for a while while I sat on the porch just feet away (they love that). I don’t know if they are in the car. I searched everywhere. Under the seats, between the seats, in the back. I removed their car seats and looked under there. I looked on the ground around the car, the glove box, in the diaper bag, my purse, their toy cars, their toy box, under papers, under the sofa, between the cushions, out in the yard, under the bed, in the garbage, toilet, behind the curtains, on the bookshelf, in cabinets, cupboards, jacket pockets, in shoes…

I even asked my angels to find them for me. Please tap into you intuition and tell me what you see. My life is at a standstill until I have my keys again. I promise promise promise to make copies when I find them. TY!!!!

even though noone is perfect, there’s someone perfect for you… my ‘perfect’ man is a hard worker. he works a rough manly job like coal mining, construction, oil field… when he comes home from work hes dirty and sweaty. he drives a big ole pickup truck that he works on himself. he enjoys simple things like fishin, campin, and hound dogs. he’s as big as a bear and gentle as a teddy bear with me. he likes to drink beer on the porch with me and listen to country music on the radio. he thinks im the perdiest girl in the whole county. after too many beers we act silly and end up slow dancin barefoot in the dewy grass. were more than just ‘his old lady’ or ‘my old man’ were best friends. he actually gets my jokes and thinks theyre funny. he thanks me for cookin a great dinner with a smack on the *ss. when were 80, we’ll have rockin chairs side by side on the porch. with cushions that i sewed. TELL ME WHAT YOU FANTASIZE ABOUT, NOT SEXUALLY BUT EMOTIONALLY.

My cat stays outside all day but she is getting old. I was thinking of getting a heated cushion so she could sit on our porch. Do pets like there suchions? Are they dangerous to keep plugged in all the time?

I have a nice heavy wooden bench that matches an old dining set I used to have, that I put on my porch. Due to inclement weather at times, it has lost some of the natural shine, and I would like to restore it and donate it to a church. What’s the cheapest way or product I can use to do this? Also, any ideas about cushioning the bottom? THANKS!

We have 2 children and 2 dogs. Our home is small- about 1700 square feet. I keep up with the basics, sweeping, vacuuming, dishes, laundry, making beds, picking up toys. But I am looking for a cleaner to clean bathrooms throughly (not just wash mirrors, clean toilets, but scrub showers/tubs, baseboards and mop). I would also like the cleaner to dust ceiling fans, pictures, mop floors, wash inside windows, sweep off back porch, clean patio table, vacuum under cushions and vacuum stairs. Is this unreasonable??
We have not had a cleaner before so I would like to get a quote from someone knowledgeable about what we would like done. We are not slobs- I just dont have time for the nitty gritty but our home is on the market and I want everything sparkly.
How much should I pay for our home size? Also- do I provide cleaning supplies? We are in South Carolina, in a city if this compares.

My neighbor offered to help with my dog while I am at work. He is a hug Chocolate lab. He is a big baby and he is a part of the family. He loves to be outside and we have a 1 acre fenced in back yard. He has plenty of shade from the trees and it is like dogtopia back there. He also has a huge house that he can get into if it rains. So anyways my neighbor takes him places and puts him in her house with her dogs and feeds him on top of me feeding him and she puts him on my VERY nice screened in porch if it even sprinkles outside. Now I bought some very nice furniture form Pottery Barn and it has white cusions and it rained for about fifteen minutes and she put him up there and my cushions are ruined!!!! It’s not the dog’s fault he just wanted to get comfy. So my dog like hates me because I can’t spend all of this time with him. So how do I ask her to stop doing so much with him? She thinks dogs are human! I know she is trying to help, but this is a little much.

My daughter had a accident (pee) and it went through the cover and soaked the foam cushion. I put the cushion in the screened in porch to dry and air out but it rained and now mold has started to grow. How can I remove the mold. It is way too expensive to replace the cushion and very hard to find the right firmness. Will vinegar work?
