Hey I recently bought a used couch and wish to dye it or something to make it look nicer.
The fabric is made of Denim. Only the cushion covers are removable… so that leaves me wondering how to dye the rest of the body since I wont be able to initially wash it.
I cant seem to find coushion covers for sale nor hide a bed covers that allow removal of the cushion instead of the whole cover to then bare its tackiness lol.
PLEASE HELP!

I have recently been printing my photography prints on fabric. I really liked the print and wanted to incorporate it into my bedroom, and decided to to stuff it with foam (anti flammable) and make it into a dog cushion bed.

I’ve made quite a few, in different depths – some can fit inside a crate and others more like a dog bed.

A few of my friends were really interested in them and suggested I start selling them at a local car boot – just as a hobby.

I’d really like to do this, but I don’t want to sell pet products unless I am satisfied that they are safe.

How can I do that?

I can get hold of waterproof and inflammable material, easy clean, heavy duty thread, pet friendly foam etc etc, but what else do I have to do before I can legally sell products for pets?

I need to design a cushion cover as part of my assessment task. I just need a idea on what my idea could be. My fabric is going to be black, but I need to use applique and atleast one button in my design.
I have a range of different colours to chose from, for my applique.
I’m a teenager girl, so something that would look good.
I don’t really want it to be simple, but not to complex that I can’t make it.
Just something that could help me get really good marks

A seam is coming out of mine. The the upholsterer says there isn’t enough fabric in it to repair, but if the manufacturer will send fabric, she can make a new one. I’ve had the sofa three years, the warantee is only for 2. Thanks, Kathleen B

The chairs I bought have these huge cushions, so just buying a standard chair pillow won’t work.

I want to remove the old padding and covers, for as little amount of money as possible.

What padding do I use? Can I use quilting batting? How do I make them look even if I do that? I saw some foam padding specifically for this kind of project, but it would run me over for just the padding. Looking for a cheaper alternative (or maybe you know a place that sells that stuff cheaper?)

What material can I use? Do I have to use fabric specifically for furniture, the thicker stuff? Or can I use basically any material?

…is too loose. When I purchased it the fabric was nice and tight, but soon after it loosened up and I prefer more of a tailored look. How can I get it to shrink up?

Hi! My cat is digging into my new sofa! I have tried sure fit,kohls,overstock,target,sears,a few other stretch slipcover’s on the internet. A few private tailors (They charge about 0.00+Fabric) that’s too much! But i can’t find any strong fabric that won’t wrinkle! I ordered one that is cotton duck, but it wrinkles! I want a solid green also! There are too many that have design’s. How can it be so hard for them to make slipcovers that have T-cusions, in other fabrics,when they make them in cotton? Thank’s for your Help!
D I yell at him,scream at him,pull him off. I have 2 scratching post’s. He love’s the new one. But he want’s to control! The only thing working right now is sticky tape all over the sofa. But i have to keep taking the tape off when i want to use it! Anyone WANT A CAT?
