Dying a Hide a Bed Couch? HELP!?

Hey I recently bought a used couch and wish to dye it or something to make it look nicer.
The fabric is made of Denim. Only the cushion covers are removable… so that leaves me wondering how to dye the rest of the body since I wont be able to initially wash it.
I cant seem to find coushion covers for sale nor hide a bed covers that allow removal of the cushion instead of the whole cover to then bare its tackiness lol.
PLEASE HELP!

I have two weeks or less to get this thing looking good!
the In Laws are coming! Ahhh!

How and why does hair get stuck in the inner-foam of a couch?

I’ve always had some kind of couch with a rip in it, and I always notice human hair get stuck in the yellow foam stuff that’s inside the cushions. It doesn’t get totally stuck, but just one end, making it seem like the hair took root in the foam and is growing there. Has anybody noticed this before?

Do you think the hair can actually take root?

How to clean a couch with non-removable cushions?

We have a couch with cushions that are sown on, so they can’t be removed. Unfortunately our dog peed on the couch the other day and we aren’t sure how to get it clean. We can clean the surface of course, but since we can’t just throw the cushions in the washer or something I’m not sure how to get a deep clean.
Any suggestions would be great as I really don’t want to have to throw out the couch…..

I have a 13th birthday party comming next week and i need really good pranks?

i got a couple of ideas
1) put whoopee cushions under the couch and chairs
and 2) put a couple of recorders of burps farts and screams under cloths on chair arms and under pillows that have blocks that activate when pushed

pee on microfiber couch cushion?

I can’t wait 2 weeks for my couch to get cleaned at the dry cleaners, i need to get everything cleaned today. I read somewhere you can remove the cover and machine wash on cold with a mild detergent, let air dry then tumble dry to fluff it back up. If not, how do I clean my couch? The cushion is soaked, I figured I would just take the foam outside and use regular soap and water and let it air dry, then put the cover back on.

Help! Question I can't find anywhere else?!?

Okay, so I can’t find this question anywhere else on the web. I know this is a stupid question but here you go: How do you make a couch out of pillows and blankets? So bored, and my mom isn’t letting me get a couch in my room. This is what I have: Lots of stuffed animals, 2 blankets one large one small, 2 large cushions, 4 very small pillows. If you can’t think of a couch, just think of a comfortable place to use the computer and lay down. I also have a medium sized bench and a lawn chair thing.

Any negative answers, and I will report you. = )
I know stupid to put in Games and Rec. but there’s no category of boredom which there should be….

Thanks!

fiberfill or foam sofa? Random question?

which makes for a better sofa cushion..? Im buying my first couch and I just want something comfy that will last for a few years (3-5 years).

Fiber fill is softer but looses it shape over time and foam keeps it shape but is not as squishy…???

Should 'No Loitering' Apply to all Ages?

I’ve noticed that the elderly are allowed to loiter no matter where or when. You step into the mall and there’s the same group of people in about their 60′s sitting on a bench, no bags or anything, just sitting for 2 or 3 hours chatting. When I sit down, even by myself with a shopping bag in my hand I’m asked to exit the mall. They even sit on the display patio furniture which isn’t allowed regardless.

One of the reasons I’m asking this is because in my dads store, that I also work in, has a couch around the entertainment section, mainly for looks or for shoppers who are taking a break. Sometimes the elderly people will just come in and think they can chill and watch TV. When I ask them if they need a hand and they say "No dear, we’re just sitting" I’ll say "well I’ll have to ask you to go then, we don’t allow loitering in here" and I always get the same jibber jabber "You should respect your elders, if I want to come into a store and sit down I should be allowed – blah blah blah" to which I simply say "I don’t care if you’re 8 or 88 – no loitering, find a new hangout, thanks".

I mean, I find it pathetic that an 18 year old can’t step into a mall, do some shopping and then sit on the bench for a second (I thought the benches were for shoppers anyway) without getting kicked out, and elderly can come sit down all effing day. What do you think ?
I’m not being ‘rude’ and if they aren’t coming in to shop and just simply chill out and watch TV then it’s called loitering. If they are planning on shopping then fine, yeah they can sit.

Same gos for all people, as I said – I don’t care about age, I see loitering as loitering. My dad agrees with me completely.
And I’ve caught far more elderly attempted to steal then teens. One woman in her 60′s attempted to put a wii in her purse.
To Inked – I get what your saying about offering seats to them or to pregnant women, I agree, and I make sure to do so if I take the bus :) I’d rather myself stand than a poor pregnant woman who could end up falling over with the way some of the bus drivers are !

Oh, I don’t try to get them kicked out – in case you missed it – I do the kicking out myself :)
