Most comfortable task chair ?
I am doing medical research and I sit in my chair for at least 16 hours a day . I am looking for the highest quality and the most comfortable task chair money can buy ( cost is not an issue here).
I am looking into humanscale freedom and Herman Miller Aeron chairs.
However, I wonder if there is any similar chair out there which has TempurPedic cushion?
Does anyone have any advice for me?
Thank you in advance
I need some seat cushions for my dinning room chairs but can't seem to find any.?
My chairs are round but I don’t care if the cushions are square. The ones at wal mart are sort of expensive and I have not found any at other stores. Is there a simple way for a not so creative person to make seat cushions? I would appreciate any tips/ideas/suggestions! Thanks!
What to do if Humane Society won't accept my dog?
I have a 1-year old dog (border collie, bulldog mix) that is very affectionate and basically a good dog. She is also, though, very protective and aggressive to strangers which is good and bad at the same time… One problem she has is that she eats everything.. I mean everything. Clothes, kids toys, deck furniture, cushions and anything else she can get her mouth on (ever seen Marly and Me?). That’s annoying, but we can deal with that sort of behavior. The real problem is that she has begun showing aggression toward my daughters (3 and 5) which is not something my wife or I are willing to deal with. My older daughter was unexpectedly attacked by our family dog when she was 2 – he was a great dog we’d owned for years, and other than some food aggression never showed any signs… but one day… my daughter was very luck I was standing there when it happened… we had to have him put down and it was devastating. We vowed never to have something like that happen again.
The problem is that the Humane Society may not take her. What do I do if that happens? We can’t keep her, but if the HS won’t take her in, what other choice do I have? I don’t want to force her to stay locked in the bathroom/deck or chained up in the backyard — I love and respect dogs too much for that sort of horrible treatment… Any advice would be most welcome!

where can I get/buy memory foam by the piece?
I want to make my own cushions and need to buy a larger piece of memory foam. Where can I buy such a thing. Seems the only way to purchase it is to buy someone else’s product.

Egg drop project…………………………..?
Ok. I am not very creative so i really need help.
We will drop the egg from 10 meters.
here are the rules…
1. The package may be no larger than 25 cm on any side. This includes a parachute.
2. You may not use a pre made box or container that has not been significantly changed. Examples of pre made containers include, but are not limited to: jars milk cartons, Rubbermaid or Tupperware containers, plastic bottles, cans, egg cartons, bags of any sort, etc.
3. You may not use any commercial packaging materials such as foam, newspaper, popcorn, Styrofoam, bubble wrap, etc. If it is originally intended to be used as a packaging material or commonly used for this, it can not be used for the egg drop project. Also, if the material is generally used as a cushioning, such as batting material found in pillows, stuffed animals and quilts, it can not be used.
4. You may not use food as your container or packaging material.
5. tape of any kind is limited to 15 cm long by 2.5 cm wide
6. it can weigh no more than 1.5 kg
protective training gear on the cheap?
me and my friends are trying to start some martial arts sparring practices, we all have our own distinct mixture of styles, but what we all have in common is our whimpy wallets.
so i have a few questions for those in the know about good, cheap training gear and alternatives for short term solutions.—
gauss, does it make a suitable substitute for hand wrappings.
i saw some cloth and foam arm and leg gaurds, will they be good for cushioning blows until we can afford better gloves and pads.
and will tapeing foam padding to our shins and the bottoms of our feet be okay for cushioning blows until we can save up for more official gear.
thank you in advance for your time.
is my hammie okay?
i just got my 6 month old syrian a few weeks ago, shes really timid, so i was playing with her in the bathtub. (empty of course!) but she was climbing around trying to escape and using me as a ladder. well shes squirmy as anything so a couple of times she fell, maybe 10 in. or less? is that okay? shes running around her cage normally..
and i think i touched her eye when i was holding her, because it looks a little funny. the bottom lid’s sorta puffy. is that something that’ll go away? she keeps washing herself so i think its just a scratch.
next time i’m gonna lay done one of those foam-like bath mats so its cushioned if she falls.
she keeps stopping and it seems like shes chewing on something, but her cheeks arent full…she didnt hurt her teeth did she?! i cant get a hold of her long enough to check anything out..please help..
she has an apple wood chew, that she has no interest in AT ALL..im telling you..
and her eyes starting to clear up already…i think i just brushed it with my hand,
