Here is the last few chapters of my story what should happen next?
i wrote it when i was 11 so its not really good the spaces near the end are because i was thinking lol
Chapter 8- Introductions
I heard my mums screams echo through the hall ways and through my ears, I ran to the door just in time to see her hands disappear through the door… I ran out onto the front porch. Then there were two men standing there when they saw me
“hey Ed” one of them said in a cold raspy voice “ that one over there, do ya think she’s a shifter?” they looked over at me. One of them reached out and tried to grab me, I shut my eyes tight and imagined something that could get away fast I don’t know why but I did. A bird! a small but fast sparrow. I felt a tingling sensation as I began to shrink. My arm widened and sprouted feathers. I opened my eyes and looked down, I saw my house. It had worked?!? I was a sparrow! The men had ran away. When I landed on the porch and turned back into myself again there was a pair of pale greenish blue eyes staring back at me. I ran back into the house and slammed the door.
I woke up gasping for air. My long black hair had found its way around my neck.
I looked around and saw 7 people looking up at me.
“Hey Harriet, you ok?” Tiffany asked from the group of people
“yeah” I gasped “fine”
“Well,” said William “now that you’re up we can introduce you to the team. The team that you will soon be a part of. We were gonna wake you up but you had a rough day yesterday so we left you to sleep. Come sit down here” he said patting a cushion next to him. They were all sitting in a circle. I walked over and sat down.
“I guess I’ll start” said William
“as you already know my name is William but you can call me Will. Uh I’m sixteen years old, the oldest and my ability is Levitating.” he looked at me
“wanna see me lift that book?” he asked pointing to a book on Tiffany’s desk. I was about to say yes but Tiffany told him to stop flirting and to move down the circle. William blushed furiously but down to Tiffany who was sitting next to him.
“As you also know my name is Tiffany, I’m fourteen and I’m a summoner” I looked at her and smiled before looking at the girl next to her. She had long silky black hair up to her waist. Her eyes were pure blue.
“Hi Harriet, my name is Pandora. I am fifteen years old and I am also a Levitator. Next to her was a young and pretty girl. She had dirty blond hair and blue eyes.
“Hi” she said in a quiet voice “my name is Megan and I’m fourteen years old, I like art and I’m a Teleporter.” She smiled shyly and looked down the circle. Next to her was Ashleigh whispering to the boy next to her.
“Oh” said Ashleigh
“my turn already? Ok as you already know I’m Ashleigh. I’m also fifteen turning sixteen in a week, I’m a Healer. You’re not familiar with that ability coz Its not one of the six. Ok its basically healing injuries. I like talking, a lot and … yeah” she smiled and looked down next to her.
Next to her was a boy with long brown curly hair and pale blue eyes.
“Hi, uh my name is Matthew but you can call me Matt, I’m fifteen and my ability is a Jumper.” I laughed because it sounded funny but covered my mouth quickly muttering a quick apology
“thats ok I know it sounds funny. My ability isn’t one of the six so you wouldn’t know. It’s basically the same as teleporting but it has to be in eye distance and you actually jump there.”
I looked down the circle at the boy next to him. He had straight dirty blonde hair with pale greyish eyes.
“Hi Harriet, my name is Lucas, I’m fourteen years old and I’m a healer.” I looked at the last boy who was sitting next to me. He had short black hair and pale green eyes.
“hi my name is Josh, Joshua when I’m in trouble which is most of the time. I’m fifteen ans I’m immortal which means I can’t die. So I like forever.”
I looked around the circle before saying
“Well I’d better introduce myself. My name is Harriet, I’m fifteen and I think I’m a Shape shifter.”
Lauren poked her head through the door and said
“My name is Lauren and you’d better get a move on if you want to get some breakfast, and Harriet please change”
Chapter 9 – First shift?
My group waited outside for me until I changed. I changed into my purple sleeveless top with my skinny jeans. I checked my necklace wasn’t to tight before heading down in the elevator with my group. When we arrived on the “food floor” as they call it. We went down to breakfast and walked through the doors. Above us was a sign that read: I guessed that was the name of our whole house group.
“hey Will” I asked nudging Will who was walking next to me
“whats our group called?” He looked at me
“It’s called the “
“cool” I replied before taking my seat next to Tiffany and Lauren while the rest of our group split up to go sit next to our friends.
