I moved into this townhouse over 2 years ago and the previous owners dog peed all over the basement. I have 2 cats and one of them or both have decided to pee on my microfiber couch and the carpet. I’ve cleaned the couch 100′s of times and they still pee on it. I even took the foam cushions out cleaned them and wrapped them in plastic garbage bags before I put them back in the couch. I’ve went over everything with a black light and I don’t see any stains but the urine smell is still there. My boyfriend is trying to force me to get rid of the cats and is even threatening to throw them outside when I’m not home. My 2 cats are 9 and 6 years old so no way am I getting rid of them. Both have been to the vet and nothing is wrong with them. Someone help!!!! What do I do?
